DEN FAIR 2016 was a curated fair held at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre from 2–4 June 2016. The presentation offered a focused survey of contemporary practice, bringing together objects and installations within a deliberately structured exhibition environment.

The programme emphasised material investigation, process, and formal experimentation, with a strong presence of Australian practitioners alongside independent and emerging voices. DENFAIR 2016 operated at the intersection of exhibition-making and design, positioning objects within a broader cultural and critical framework and fostering dialogue between practitioners, institutions, and audiences.
